This is the fourth in the popular "Takumi-kun" series of Japanese school romances. Although Takumi and Gii are still there, they are no longer the principal characters: this story differs from the three earlier movies in that it focuses on the "love at first sight" relationship between Misu Arata and Shingyouji Kanemitsu. The appearance of the legendary sempai Sagara Takahiro brings a problem, and there is also the story of a third couple, Takabayashi and his lover Yoshizawa.
